This is a cooooool collection of fun & colourful papers, stickers and die cuts and even though my layouts are simple they are really enhanced by this fun range. (Feels good to get some older photos scrapped too).

Butterfly inspiration

After dabbling in a fair bit of digi-scrapping lately I have been having a tonne of fun with scissors and glue again.
Whilst blog surfing the other day I came across a darling sketch on Trina's blog (she is the sketch-queen) and was instantly inspired by the butterflies in her latest sketch, and as I had only just become the proud owner of a new butterfly punch I got busy creating this layout...

I kept adding more butterflies and brads (and bling) until I was happy, I don't think I went overboard LOL

Anyway... I was then inspired to create this layout (photos from 1995) using a few less embellishments.

I have also been making page kits for a retreat this weekend, am soooooo looking forward to this one, maybe because I have been working all this term after not working for the last 8 months! (don't get me wrong I do love my new (albeit temporary) job.

Plus I have some Design Team work in my gallery over at ScrapbookOutletNZ using the Lush collection by MME - oh la la this is yummy velvety stuff. I have had another collection (totally different stuff) to work with too, but will share those layouts later in the month.
